The Community Builder Award recognizes Chamber-member businesses that have a long-standing, active role in supporting the Ottawa community. This award is presented to an individual or business that has been instrumental in shaping the community's development over time by contributing to its economic success, presenting a positive image, and consistently engaging with local initiatives.

1. Active membership in the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce.

2. Minimum of 3 years in business, demonstrating sustainability and long-term commitment.

3. A track record of active engagement in community programs, initiatives, or partnerships,

4. Consistently promote a positive image of Ottawa, contributing to its reputation as a vibrant, welcoming community.
