The Horizon Award recognizes a Chamber member who exemplifies dedication, community, spirit, and active involvement in the Chamber's initiatives. This award is presented to an individual who not only contributes their time and talent to enhance the community but also demonstrates a strong commitment to the Chamber's mission of fostering growth and economic vitality.

The recipient of the Horizon Award is someone who has recently emerged as an impactful leader, either through volunteerism, committee participation, or event organization, and has shown a clear passion for improving Ottawa and Franklin County.

Most importantly, the Horizon Award highlights individuals who show great potential for future leadership within the Chamber and the community at large. They may be early in their involvement, but their contributions have already made a noticeable impact. This person is seen as someone with a bright future ahead, and we anticipate their continued growth and leadership for years to come.
